Don't worry if the driver is in a rush, simply sign the note as "DAMAGED" just to be safe. It’s really important to do this, as we unfortunately can't offer a replacement or refund if the delivery is signed for as complete and in good condition. Once the damage is logged, we'll happily arrange a replacement for you. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll take care of that within 7 working days of receiving the items back.
