At PVC Cladding Direct we know you don’t want to wait around for materials once your project is ready. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to get your hygienic wall cladding, sheets, profiles and accessories to you quickly and safely.

ORDER BEFORE 1PM FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY*

Delivery pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees — £25 for most UK mainland addresses and £45 for more remote locations. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to see your exact cost.

*Orders are sent on a 'Next Day' service but delivery is not guaranteed, delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands may take longer.

Wall cladding sheets are large and can be fragile if handled poorly, so we use specialised carriers to help ensure your panels arrive in perfect condition. We use multi drop carriers that are unable to call before delivery, most deliveries arrive Monday – Friday* between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We cannot provide a precise estimated time of arrival for courier or pallet deliveries. If a delay is likely, we will do our upmost to contact you in advance. *Excluding bank holidays.

All pallet deliveries are kerbside drops and require at least two able-bodied people to offload. Drivers are not insured to carry goods into your premises or onto site. Smaller orders are usually delivered to your door.

Please check your order carefully as soon as it arrives and before signing the delivery note. Don't worry if the driver is in a rush if anything looks damaged or is missing, note it clearly on the delivery document, sign as “DAMAGED”. This is important — we cannot offer a replacement or refund if the delivery is signed for as complete and in good condition. Once damage is logged, we will happily arrange a replacement. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it within 7 working days of receiving the items back.

Missed deliveries incur a re-delivery charge. Please also tell us about any restricted access (size, weight, parking or vehicle limitations) when you place your order, as failed deliveries due to access issues will incur a re-delivery charge. Goods refused at delivery that are later found undamaged will be charged for return to the warehouse.

Although we use reliable carriers, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather can occasionally affect delivery times. We therefore strongly recommend waiting until your goods have arrived and been checked before booking installers. We cannot accept liability for any consequential loss caused by late deliveries. The same applies to next-day deliveries — if an order does not arrive on the stated day for unforeseen reasons, no refund of the delivery charge will be given.

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 28 days of purchase provided the items are still in perfect, resalable condition. Please email us first at sales@pvccladdingdirect.co.uk so we can send you a returns form. Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Once your return arrives and passes a quality check, we’ll sort everything for you. Our team is happy to help with any queries — just use Live Chat or give us a call.

Before installation, please inspect your goods thoroughly to confirm they match your order and that you are happy with the quality. Once installation has started, claims for incorrect goods cannot be accepted. It is the installer’s responsibility to set aside any faulty or damaged boards before fitting.
