We like to keep things transparent. No hidden fees, just straight forward pricing of £25, and £45 for more remote locations. Simply enter your postcode at the checkout for your delivery cost

Wall cladding sheets are large and can be fragile if handled poorly, so we use specialised carriers to ensure your panels arrive in perfect condition.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? No problem at all. You can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are still in a perfect, resalable condition.

Because we need to book everything in correctly, please drop us an email at sales@pvccladdingdirect.co.uk first so we can send over a returns form.

Just a quick heads-up that customers are responsible for the arrangements and cost of return shipping. Once your return arrives and passes a quick quality check, we'll get everything sorted for you!

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition, so please check your items as soon as they arrive. If anything looks damaged, just note it clearly on the delivery document. Don't worry if the driver is in a rush, simply sign the note as "DAMAGED" just to be safe. It’s really important to do this, as we unfortunately can't offer a replacement or refund if the delivery is signed for as complete and in good condition. Once the damage is logged, we'll happily arrange a replacement for you. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll take care of that within 7 working days of receiving the items back.
