Also consider how the materials will be delivered, stored and moved around site, particularly if work is taking place during opening hours or across several days. Confirm the live bundle contents before purchase and add any additional trims, silicone, adhesives or accessories needed for the full installation plan.

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition, so please check your items as soon as they arrive. If anything looks damaged, just note it clearly on the delivery document. Don't worry if the driver is in a rush, simply sign the note as "DAMAGED" just to be safe. It’s really important to do this, as we unfortunately can't offer a replacement or refund if the delivery is signed for as complete and in good condition. Once the damage is logged, we'll happily arrange a replacement for you. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll take care of that within 7 working days of receiving the items back.
Changed your mind? No problem at all. You can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are still in a perfect, resalable condition. Because we need to book everything in correctly, please drop us an email at sales@pvccladdingdirect.co.uk first so we can send over a returns form.
