Rather than focusing only on sheet numbers, customers can use the offer to plan the wider installation: adhesive coverage, trims for sheet joins, internal and external corners, edge finishing and silicone where a sealed joint is needed.
For best results, measure the wall area, map out where the sheet joints will fall, and consider how people will use the room once it is finished. Medium-sized projects often benefit from ordering a little contingency for awkward cuts or damaged substrates discovered on site. Don't worry if the driver is in a rush, simply sign the note as "DAMAGED" just to be safe. It’s really important to do this, as we unfortunately can't offer a replacement or refund if the delivery is signed for as complete and in good condition. Once the damage is logged, we'll happily arrange a replacement for you. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll take care of that within 7 working days of receiving the items back.
Changed your mind? No problem at all. You can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are still in a perfect, resalable condition. Because we need to book everything in correctly, please drop us an email at sales@pvccladdingdirect.co.uk first so we can send over a returns form.
